How can I add funds to my Demo account?

You can add funds to your Demo Account upon account creation. You simply need to select the conditions for your demo and the virtual funds you would like to add. For additional funds, you can contact our support team and they will handle the request for you.
How do I reset my Client Portal password?

To change your password, login to your Client Portal and go to your profile. When prompted fill in your current password and enter the new password.
How do I open an account?
1. Register and verify your profile
  Complete our Registration Form and Economic Profile. Upload the required documents and verify your profile.
2. Open a live account & fund it
  Choose “My Accounts” at the top right of your Dashboard and create a new account. Click “Deposits” at the right hand corner to deposit funds through our various payment methods.
3. Download your Platform and get Started
  Download your platform from your profile. Launch your platform and start trading.
